• Perform feasibility study for a proposed integrated project in the State of Johor that includes a 300 room 4-star hotel, major convention centre, 3 blocks of service apartment complex in 2012

• Advise, provide technical and management expertise to build and operate a 313 room hotel in 2011 that successfully opened in 2014 with extensive Banquet facilities for 1,000 persons, function rooms, Chinese restaurant, western entertainment Bistro, Tea Lounge, All-Day Dining with Al-fresco and a proposed Town Club that is under development.

• Perform feasibility study that may lead to restructuring for a private investment group that own and operate a number of branded restaurants including individual restaurants.

• Principal consultant from 2015 for a proposed Town Club in Penang scheduled to be opened before 4th quarter of 2017 with extensive facilities spread over 42,000 sq ft. The project also include a 4 star international standard 500 rooms hotel that is under development.
